Regional rugby chiefs apologise over WRU deal delays

Regional rugby bosses have issued an apology to fans for the anxiety caused by the long-running dispute in Welsh game.

Talking for the first time since they signed a new deal with the Welsh Rugby Union, they acknowledge the two-year process had been tortuous at times but said they were now comfortable with the way ahead.
